The U.S. is one of the strongest and largest economy in the world.
The U.S. is all about Capitalism.
The U.S. colonizes nothing, just occupies.
Without the U.S., other economies of the world would suffer.
Sometimes the U.S. leads, and sometimes other major economies lead.
Big money controls the world, and don't let anyone tell you differently.
Guns and butter my friend.

No country or system is perfect, yes USA has made mistakes, and yes, we will again. One day when every Country is a Democratic Republic, maybe we will settle down. Until that day, we will meddle in other countries affairs as we see fit, why? because that is what freedom means, we choose to do it.
We can choose to deny a woman an abortion, or we can choose to allow the woman the choice.
We can allow gays to marry one week, and deny them the right the next week.
We can allow Muslim Extremists in our country one year, and deny them entrance the next.
If America chose to take over Russia, we would take over Russia. why? because we can.
When we run out of wars, we focus on education and junk here in USA, but we are a warlike nation, and we are pretty dang good at it.
Since we started, about 15 and 1 now. Thats a pretty good score card.

America is the largest seller of military hardware in the world. America wants other to believe our rhetoric about our Country. America has more gun deaths a year than all of Europe, Britain, Canada, Japan and any number of other small Nation States put together. America is the home of the brave TV watchers and the couch potato that never gets enough football and crime stories. America is a mistake happening at this moment in Iraq. America is in trouble and better start listening before it acts out some idiot idea at the cost of 10's of thousands of KIA and WIA.

Colonize: To establish a colony.
Colony: A body of people living in a new territory but retaining ties to the parent state.
We'll really have to stretch, enlarge and spin that definition if you are alluding to Iraq:
An invasion and ousting of a murdering psychopath and his sons, the institution of a government that answers to the people instead of the other way around, billions of dollars in military and humanitarian aid and the ultimate sacrifice of American's sons and daughters.
Yeah, that'll work - I'll give Merriam-Webster a call.

Its either about power, expansion, or 'helping' the country out by showing it how its done. But which countries did we colonize?? And I think that if any country could, it would. Colonize other countries, I mean. The British, French and others do it too. Just because they can, and possibly the reasons I listed in my first sentence. Don't single America out. America isn't bad, its just that Bush, our so-called Commander in Chief and President.

We're not imperialist you dip. When was the last time we set up colonies anywhere? The Monroe Doctrine and the Truman Doctrine abolished colonization in this entire hemisphere.
And if this is some stupid mock-subtle way of making a comment about our occupation of Iraq, **** off. Iraq isn't a colony of the U.S., we're just stationed there.

What country have we colonized lately? What country have we ever colonized? Liberia was given to the Blacks who wanted to go there in the later 1860s, so don't say that. Your question is idiotic.
