Gigahertz is used for the frequency of the processor and Gigabytes is used for for the storage of the computer. There is no connection between the two.

Gigahertz(GHz) is a unit for measuring frequency, that it how fast your computer gets refreshed. Gigabytes is a unit for storage. They are completely different from one another.

Gigahertz is how many times a second an electrical pulse is sent.
Gigabytes it the volume bytes stored on a device, such as a DVD or hard drive.

Oh my god, what can I say for this! You are taking about two different parameter which has too big difference, which come closer through a single window, Computer.
Gigahertz (GHz) is the measure of frequency of the processor and Gigabyte (GB) is the measure of storage memory.

in computers- gigahertz is speed... gigabytes is size
in audio - giga hertz is how much freq... gigabytes is size
so its 2 different things

hertz is more on waves, while bytes is memory
they are same ..giga
i don't think you can compare kg with km
