What kind of educational credentials should a practitioner have?
What experience does he have and can he provide references?
What does the client's personal physician think about it?
Can a patient be harmed by this procedure?
Does medical insurance typically pay for it?
What outcomes can a patient expect and if there is improvement can the patient expect the improvement to last?
(At one time I considered this but decided against it because both my personal physician and pain management doctor felt that there was not anyone in our town they thought was proficient with this procedure.)

I would want to know if it hurts when they first stick the needle in, how expensive is it, are there possible complications or problems after having it done, and how long would the needles be left in.
