haha....the guy above me is funny.... Something tells me women know better than men when you can or cannot get pregnant.
And sex-ed class DOES tell you that its possible to get pregnant while you are on your period. All the period is is a shedding of the lining of the uterus.... Some girls don't even ovulate, yet still have a period..... Just like women who find out they are infertile, even though they had periods their whole lives??
Sperm stay inside the body for days..... So it is VERY possible to get pregnant, even while you are bleeding.
It may not be as common or as likely, but still just as possible

Very rare and highly unlikely. If you do conceive while on your period your menstrual cycle is not at all regular...

Oh my gosh! You women that are answering this question must have never had a sex ed class! Go back to school and educate yourselves! I am a guy and I know... You sound lost. This woman is asking a legitimate question and you are giving her less than adequate information.

yes, but it is very, very rare that one gets pregnant while on ones period. The reason is that when sperm enters the uterus the lining of it is what, .....the bleeding, and the sperm must have the wall of the uterus to adhere to but how can it when the lining, blood is going south, it has to stay on the lining and travel into the ovaries for the fertilization to take place so, no chance of that happening, or should i say one strongly, determined sperm. But no, it is very unusual for that to happen. But please use condoms at all times for your safety.

Of course. Anytime of the month is the right time. Some times are just more likely but it can and does happen at all times. If you don't want a baby, don't do it.
