Actually he can. My dad gained weight every time one of his daughters were pregnant. He also had pains when we were in labor.LOL...Poor guy dealt with this 13 times...lol..there are 5 girls and 1 boy in my family. lol..I think it is a closeness thing. It would be interesting to know if there was a medical explanation. Who knows maybe it is like females living together..all have the menstruation the same time because hormones are all in sink,..LL.

Oh yeah Hubby is a Marine who has mandatory PT and not a couch potato.

yes, its called sympathy weight. whats gonna happen is your girl is gonna have to eat alot and is gonna gain some pounds during the pregnancy. Heres where the dude comes in. She's gonna start feeling like a pig if she eats what she needs to eat by herself. so, she makes her man eat with her. and that is one of the many ways you'll end up being controlled by your woman.

Yes!...its called "Couvade Syndrome". Believe it or not...I'm 12 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend actually knew before I did, my boyfriend was feeling really nauseous one morning and even threw up once and the next day I felt nauseous and decided to take a pregnancy test and it was positive! Check this website out it has a lot more information on couvade syndrome.

It is kinda funny. Sometimes the guy has sympathy reactions. My hubby gained 20 pounds while I actually lost while pregnant. He also had weird cravings. LOL

No.

Guy gains weight if he has slow metabolism and if he eats more than enough and does less activity.

Make sense right.

It is one of those old myths that says so because:
The woman will spend 9 months or so cooking and eating more food, thus the husband has access to more food.
