does your cervix close immediantly at conception, or does it take awhile

Mine never closed completly with either of my pregnancys. I remember my ob checking me & telling the nurse to write down how dialated I was every check up.

After you give birth a Doctor can tell if you ever have given birth before...it will never be the same as your pre birth cervix

it takes between 12 and 13 weeks

Why r u concerned about it? Fact remains that u cannot get pregnant second time during pregnancy, if u have sex with some one during the pregnancy.
