I design my own. Have you tried? You might be very good at it. Pick up brochures that appeal to you, study what they have done and then apply it to your own unique designs.

Another avenue is Publisher, part of the Microsoft word/excel/power point suite.

It offers templates! Very easy -- it also offers a Wizard to help you step by step.
