Ummm I've never been to Singapore. But if they have an Intercontinental Hotel, their food is fab (or at least it is in Cairo, Egypt.). I wasn't there on New Years eve so couldn't tell ya how much it costs (it was included in our hotel room and board). The Le Meridian in Amman, Jordan also has wonderful buffets. There again... no clue if they have one in Singapore.
