The first song I am tryin to think of is probably six or more years old and the only lyrics i can remember says something about a halo on the bedpost. Its sung by either a guy or a guy bad and i would consider it rock or maybe alternative.

The next song is a long shot...Its the cliche song that one would hear at the end of maybe a sports movie when a team is gonna win on a last second shot and everything turns to slow motion. Theres no real lyrics that i know of so its hard to explain. If i could hum it, it would be easier. And i cant thinnk of a specific movie that its played in.

Thanks for the help.

The first one is Every Morning by Sugar Ray:

Every morning there's a halo hangin
from the corner of my girlfriend's four post bed
I know it's not mine but I'll see if I can use it for
the weekend or a one-night stand
Couldn't understand
How to work it out
Once again as predicted left my broken heart open
and you ripped it out
Something's got me reeling
Stopped me from believing
Turn me around again
Said that we can do it
You know I wanna do it again
(Sugar Ray say)
Oh...........
(Every Morning)
Oh................
(Every Morning when I wake up)
(Shut the door baby, don't say a word)
Oh.......
(She always rights the wrong, she always rights, she always rights)
(Shut the door baby, Shut the door baby)
Every Morning there's a heartache hanging
from the corner of my girlfriend's four-post bed
I know it's not mine and I know she thinks she loves me
but I never can believe what she said
Something so deceiving
When you stop believing
Turn me around again
Said we couldn't do it
You know I wanna do it again
Oh...........
(Every Morning)
Oh..................
(Every Morning when I wake up)
(Shut the door baby, don't say a word)
Oh...........
(Every Morning)
Oh..........
(Every Morning when I wake up)
(Shut the door baby, shut the door baby)
She always rights the wrong
For me
Baby
She always rights the wrong
For me
Every Morning there's a halo hanging
from the corner of my girlfriend's four-post bed
I know it's not mine but I'll see if I can use it for
the weekend or a one-night stand
(Shut the door baby, don't say a word)
Every Morning
Every Morning when I wake up
(Shut the door baby, shut the door baby)
Every Morning
Every Morning (Turn me around again)
(Shut the door baby, don't say a word)
Every Morning
Every Morning

The second one... Chariots of Fire by Vangelis (from the movie Chariots of Fire). Do do do do do do...then a little ch ch ch ch... then more do do do do do do... eventually breaks into alot of more flowing type music. Songs without lyrics are really hard to describe!!

Every Morning - Sugar Ray

maybe the second one is Chariots of Fire? There are no lyrics in that, and it has been used in movies the way you described...

The first one is Sugar Ray "Every Morning". I don't like that song, but I know it.

The second one was definitely a long shot, sorry.

Haven't got a clue as to your first question.

The second question : could it be "We are the Champions", by Queen??? (hm, probably not, cuz that song does have lyrics to it, but it's the best guess I can come up with)

You're welcome!
