hi... that normal... this is due to the gravity...baby getting bigger and weigh u down...u will tend to go to the toilet more often...too.
....to be comfortable... wear cotton and probably big dress or pants... try also...sit down while putting and stretch out your leg high up... at this time.. baby will move more and actively... thats normal... but... if the pain is excruciating...go and visit your doctor...
...congrats on your new coming baby...

Hang in there, not long now! From my own experiance, it is bub "dropping" into place. Sounds horrid doesnt it but about this time of the third trimester, baby moves closer to that area in preperation for the birth.
If you are really concerned, talk with your doctor because he/she would have the best answer!
I remember the feeling & tried many things to relieve to awkwardness but really the only thing I found that really helped was to stay off my feet & lay down on my back a lot. Lazy & boring but it was the thing that worked for me. Best of luck with the birth, the baby & the future :o)

The baby is moving down into your pelvis area. I know what you mean, very painful. I found by putting ice pack down there at night laying on my left side helped, atleast long enough for me to go to sleep, until i had to pee.
There is nothing you can really do, just live it out. Sorry hunny.

i so understand where your coming from with this last pregnancy i had that problem. it got bad where it hurt to walk upstairs and when i laid down and stuff. i use Tylenol and slept with a pillow between my legs. i also took baths and used a heating pad on my lower back.make sure you are wearing loose fitting clothes as well as loose fitting undies. these are a few things that worked for me so if you want to give them a try. i know it sucks but your baby is pushing down and your muscles are getting ready for the delivery. good luck hun and i hope that some of these work for you.

That's normal. Your body and bones and ligaments are stretching to prepare for birth!
