That should tell you you should have paid more attention to it before.

You should have gone back to the doctor.

Who am I to tell some one to go to a doctor, when I just work through my aches & pains.

Hi, I done the same thing at a New Year Eve's party this year. I done everything the doctor told me to and 2 months later I got a job. I was on my feet all day and within 1 1/2 days I couldn't walk on it again. I never went back but gave it more time to heel. It took an other 3 months because I re-injured it. I only know that cuz my dad is a nurse. Where your leg gets tingly it sounds like there is swelling and puting pressure on a nerve(s), and it would be best to get it checked again to avoid a major future problem that could develop. Best Wishes!

Nerves can be "shocked" sometimes and be trouble from now and doomsday. Tendons and muscles too. I was in a car crash seven years ago which left me bruised for two weeks, but I didn't have any trouble until i became more active and spranged my ankle several times in a row. Going to a foot and ankle specialist can help if you find the right one. Don't be afraid to ask questions and find more info.
