First try leaving the tree outside on a sunny day. Sunlight has natural bleaching properties that may cure your tree. If the sunlight doesn’t work, try spraying white vinegar on the affected areas. Allow the vinegar to work for a while, in sunlight if possible, then wipe with a cloth or sponge. When all else fails, you can paint the tree. Find a white spray paint indicated for use on plastic and spray several light coats, allowing time to dry between each. Be sure to test this first, as you may not like the results. Finally, contact the manufacturer or store of purchase. They may warranty the tree, especially if the problem is a common complaint from customers.

I wouldn't soak it down or use bleach. Try a slightly damp cloth with a little little Mr Clean, or some type of cleanser. Try a small area first and see if it works well before you do the whole tree.

you probably don't want to soak it in water , maybe just taking a hair dryer on cold would help to blow of the dust . Maybe give it a good shake down ,bacause if you soak it with bleach then it will be raggedy looking afterwards

u could try using a little bleach in a small spot near the middle and see how it looks, the spray snow idea is good too...or spray paint it white again!

I think that water/bleach will ruin it, I suggest you go and get the spray snow and go over it with that. it comes in a sray can and is sold at department stores
