every time i go into pogo it loads slow and also plays real slow how can i fix this problem?

what i mean is i load pogo upon loading it's real slow and when i go to play on it it's even slower or even freezes on me i have defraged n also cleared my temp file on a daily basis so i don't know what else i could do to fix this very annoying on going problem please help me.

here is answer for slow loading,2nd answer will help with freezing up;
If java is launching your games The coffee cup logo while loading. Go to start button, settings, go to control panel open internet options. advance tab,scroll down and see if msn VM is listed,if so, unclick the 2 java listed. Make sure JIT is checked, click apply then ok. This lets msn vm launch games. this will SPEED UP game loading time. i play games about every night with no problems using these settings. Increasing your memory.helps with the freezing/getting booted problem.You can increase your memory by..going to start button,settings, control panel,system, advance tab,performance,advance tab,virtual memory,change,make it 526kb or higher,click apply then ok.If it’s not listed as Kb,”some are not.” Just double the number listed.

Java has a new update try downloading the newest version and removing the older version, also be sure you have the most current drivers for your video card, updating my driver made all the difference in the world.

Do you run any anti-spyware programs? If you don't please download adaware and spybot seek & destroy and run those immediately. They are free programs for personal use.
