You got it right you are a night owl. Me too & I don't have to work tomorrow. When I was still living with my parents I would begin to clean or organize my room at odd hours, midnight 1 a.m., etc.

You, like me and lots of others are a night person.
I think people have inner clocks, but set for different times, so we have day people and night owls.
I work nights, 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Right now it's 1:45 and I am wide awake and ready to go.
I've worked days many times, but I always do better with night shift, usually 3rd shift. I haven't worked these hours in over 25 years. I wasn't sure if I'd like it, but kids are gone, I'm alone and it's perfect. My man works rotating shift so that works out OK.
I do grocery shopping at 3am, gas the car, do my banking, lots you can do after midnight.
There are no bosses at night AND there is that oh so nice 10% shift premium. Gotta love it!

Got no idea...but I'm right back here in the boat with you! lol I wish i could figure it out, it would spare me alot of frustration! But what can you do? I sleep an average of two and a half hours a night, if i get more i feel tired and sluggish. About once a month i will crash for a few hours and then it's off again. My boyfriend thinks I'm a mutant. lol

I'm the same way. I think I do my best late nite because there are isn't any pressure like there is during the day. No phone calls or visitors, just quiet.

It's just the way you are. Some of us are nocturnal by nature. I have a day job, so I have to make myself go to bed at a reasonable time. Some just prefer cold weather and find it invigorating.

Yeah me too! I know a lot of other people who are like that as well, I guess it just has to do with schedules, or who knows maybe were meant to be nocturnal O.o

I think that at night there are significantly fewer distractions. You can concentrate better when there are less phone calls, less emails, conversations, etc.

Your arcadian rhythm is "reversed". I wouldn't worry too much about it since there are a lot of people like us around
