All things with mass (made of matter) have a gravitational pull. Larger things, like planets, have a stronger pull.

The magnetic field is caused by the movement of metal under the surface of the earth.

Gravity is considered by scientists to be a weaker force than magnetism.

The magnetic field helps to block harmful rays from the Sun and we would probably fry if we had no magnetic field and no protection.

Of course, if we had no gravity, we would have no atmosphere and would die much more quickly.

Does that help?

The gravitational force on the earth is a true force. Its only a force generated by the mass of the earth the more mass the more gravity is created pulling to its center depending on the mass available the gravity is unimaginable. And anomalies caused by larger and larger sums of mass and increasing fields of gravity. Are beyond our comprehension. Now we will talk about the magnetic field which is an important field for the living creatures of the earth. The earth generates it very own magnetic field. It has a liquid molten fluid type iron center which is surrounded by the earths mantel which in theory is soft like putty under tremendous pressure and temperature and then the earths crust.but through the Faraday's thoughts on electric field being generated it creates a wonder full magnetic force field that caresses and surrounds this world of ours.It acts as a wonderful bumper of electrical force and surrounds this earth and protects it from electrically charged particles which there is an abundance of from our very own star.Without a magnetic field around us we would be under a solar oven when ever exposed to the sun.Life as we know it wouldn't have existed.Such changes can change so very much.

Gravity is the force that any object with mass exserts on all other things in the univers that have mass.

Magnatism is a ***completely*** different breed of fish. It is an electrical phenomina that occures when iron atoms line up in the same direction.

Great question....Both are not same as per physics and scientist information.

You can ask direction question as follow,

what is the differents between Netwon and Einsten????....

Newton use gravitional and Einsten use Magnatic....but both of them use name before force.

who invented force....it was invented by tamilan in first human generation....above two are genies to generate the own mathematical formula for force. then it become two different area.

As i would like to conclude your question, that the two force are same with different law of context.

gravitational force of the earth is attributed to earths mass, magnetic force is attributed to the molten iron core

lode stone is in the earth and is about seven degrees or so from true north? and is an electrical field. gravitational forces are are weighing on our planet and it atmosphere, like this was 4th grade science stuff long ago
