Ink stains can be very difficult to remove, but this method often works.
Place an absorbent paper towel or rag under the stain.
Saturate the stain with an alcohol-based hair spray.
Blot the stain with a rag or paper towel.
Repeat, if necessary, until stain is removed.
Launder as usual.

Tips:Test the hair spray on an inconspicuous area first.

I use a great lifesaving product called Lestoil for all my laundry stains. I usually find it in like the floor cleaning part of cleaning supplies. It has been around for years My mom used it and so did my grandmother. I have two kids who play sports and a husband who leaves things in his pockets all the time and we use it for grass stains from football, tire swing stains, pen explosions, blood, mud, sliding into home in baseball, soccer, sweat, periods, grease, everything. It even sometimes gets the stuff I have missed and has already been through the dryer! Just put a small amount on and let it soak in a bit scrub with finger nails or like a nail brush and then wash. It usually comes out. I have come to trust it. Good Luck:)

Well, I'm actually not the authority on this, but if you don't mind white clothes, then bleach the clothes. It'll take off pen stains and anything else, as well as all of the other colors with it.

Spray it generously with hair spray. Get a toothbrush and rub gently. Make sure you put a wash cloth under neath so it doesn't run. Then use some liquid dish washing soap and gently rub some more. This should take it out.
