An imbalance in hormones from pregnancy can cause high blood pressure. If you lost a baby due to this once, yes, it could happen again. There are certain medications to take for high blood pressure when preganant that you can consult your ob/gyn about. Keep a close check on your blood pressure.....do not put this off.

Well high blood pressure is common in pregnancys b/c the heart is pumping blood at a faster rate, sometimes causing hypertension (high blood pressure). Stress, working to much and doing things above and beyond when you are pregnant can also lead to it.
It can also be genetic, and yes, with a second pregnancy, it is expected to be high blood pressure unless your doctor gives you meds to control it.
