Start their additional details with "umm" or "umm ok" or "ok"?
It's not really a bother just a wonder of mine. I know some could say why do people start their questions with out a full question but they shouldn't have be the question area it should be the headline...

Also why do some people think that they are asking a question when in fact they are just commenting on everyday things? Such as Boy the sky was quite blue today and the grass was quite green but they head line it like it is a question. Has anybody come across that at all? I have several times and I just want to take a survey. ya know nothing too spectacular just a few questions asked about general things.

I think they may be using those as 'chat up lines'. I have observed that too.. and usually find such people are a bit more social than others, that talk nothing other than plain 'sense'. Call it conversation skills?

They take time to admire nature, perhaps they dream more.. and admire the beautiful world around them.

Like the sun is bright.. so who cares.. maybe it takes this 'oh doesn't the sun look quite so bright today?!!' to take a minute and admire the beautiful sun that God gave us!

About the umms and oohs.. maybe it brings music into their lives (unless its said out of being nervous!!!)

Hoooo haaaaaaaaaa ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I dont kno I guess because umm, umm ok, and okay are just comfortable phrases that we all have used in some conversation today...and yea when people think they are asking a question and in reality its just a comment, its kinda weird but I guess its a comfort thing too...it doesn't bother me tho.

well mostly it doesn't bother me but some people just want to comment and rant instead of asking a question and see how other people view it but yeah i think the question should be the headline if you want more responses

Funny observations. Many questions are rants especially in other categories.
