Most records are not worth much at all. I see albums selling in junk shops for a dollar each, so the people who sold them to the shopkeeper probably got about 10 cents each. Singles or 45s are probably worth less because they dont have the cover art.

There are some which are rare and worth heaps. I have one by the Missing Links (Australian band from the 60's) which would be worth $1000 if it was in better condition. This is because less than a thousand copies were ever sold.

The records you have are a reminder of your grandmother and as such probably worth more than you could hope to get for them. Why not keep them for that reason and think about selling them in 10 or 20 years when they will become rarer.

Go to ebay and look for "Completed Auctions" for records in similar condition. See what it sold for. That's as accurate as any other research you can do. Most ebay record vendors use the Goldmine Magazine grading system to grade them. You'll need to learn how that's done as well

Don't know what they go for but people on ebay want them Check and see what they are paying there. Or ask at an antique store if they know anyone that collects them.Even though they are not antique.
