Pick a spot, From Wine Tasting in Temecula, To Oceanside, LaJolla is just beautiful this time of year. Not sure of the weather for the weekend. But it was 84 degree's on Del Mar dog beach yesterday. My dogs cant go without playing in the sand in water for more than a few days. Dont forget the Zoo, and lots of Musiums around Balboa Park

Where in Southern California? Because if you're towards the eastern part of So Cal you could go for a helicopter ride over Hoover Dam. It was pretty cheap when I went (like, less than $40 for three people) and it was different and fun. I'm not sure if the guy who did it is still there, but you might look into it.

La Jolla is a blast, a little pricey if you dont go to where the locals hang. San Diego and Mission beach are awesome too, more inexpensive too. Have fun!!

You're close to Six Flags, you should go there. Or you can hit San Diego and hit the beaches and night life. Have fun!
