That is being very disrespectful to his wife. He is making her feel like she is not good enough. I am sorry but he is a jerk. He is not a good family man because a good family man does not go around saying those things about other women especially right in front of his wife.

If it's a co-worker of his you need to warn him as that falls under the sexual harrassment "umbrella" especially if she's within earshot. Protect yourself from her suing you also because you allowed it to continue.
How do you think his crass talk reflects on your company? Does he represent you that way? That too would be grounds for reprimand at work. My employers have all stated in their contracts that if we behave inappropriately and make the company look bad as a result - then we get one reprimand then we're fired if it happens again.
My husband says all men look but what's inappropriate is taking it to the next level and verbalizing it or "fantasizing" about it somehow if he's married. He also said that it was just plain disrespectul to his wife. Providing for their future financially has nothing to do with crass comments. That could merely be out of obligation.
Poor woman - she probably knew this part about him before they got married but she married him anyway!

You are very confusing. You say he is a friend, he is taking care of his wife and son, but he remarks on women? You mention picking up your guts and firing him? What the hell does that mean? If you are his boss, butt out of his personal life, what he does is none of your business. You're going to cause problems.

maybe he should have kept the remark to himself, but looking and admiring is part of the human nature. our looks and bodies were created to stimulate each other.. as a woman, i look all the time, and if by someone admiring me helps his spouse get lucky, then congrats, you just saved a bundle off viagra... think about it, every man looks, in his own way, even if its a comment like, hunny has beth put on weight. technically you were checking her out,, human nature for ya...

As matter of fact neither men nor women should look at each others (no matter sexy or not). There are limits defined and assigned by GOD (swt) and we must keep ourself away from those boudaries.. Any good natured person has such attributes and always tries to avoid violations.

If he is saying these remarks about a coworker you might need to consider firing him. But if he just makes these remarks, you can't judge his personal lifestyle.

That is the biggest bunch of BS I have ever heard. If a woman does not want to be looked at like that she needs to change how she dresses. If you are going around in a shirt where half your **** are hanging out someone is going to look.

Atleast he is looking and not touching. My man does that every once in awhile. I even point out girls for him to check out. Its not a big deal. Its normal. He is a man!

Well, if he caused a lot of people to feel upset, then you should told him about that.
Otherwise, it's natural to say things when you were amazed.
