i did just have a yeast infection and that is when i noticed but it is still a bit bigger and will i be able to get in a hot tub if it seems cleared up

Stay away from the hot tub until you are positive that the yeast infection is gone. Yeast needs heat and moisture to thrive, so a hottub is the ideal environment to make it worse, or even cause one if you are prone to them.
