Um, yeah the system32 folder is supposed to be there, do not remove it. A trick though, if you're getting spyware, go into system32, sort by date modified, and look for .exe or .dll files that have recently changed. Right click them, select properties, check to see if it lists the manufacturer. If notk, good chance its bad, delete or rename it.

Based on what you assert. It's tough to determine what the predicament is. You didn't say whether or not you're utilising High pace or dial or wi-fi. If you're utilising a wi-fi web, it might be sign barrier predicament. If you're utilising High pace, it might be adware predicament, if dial up, might be bandwidth predicament. If you had been utilising you pc adequate earlier than. I do not feel it is pc predicament. Modem vigor surge predicament could also be feasible.

If your programs and data files are on your C: drive, your D: drive is probably a system files partition put there by the manufacturer. If you don't recognize any familiar data or programs on the D: drive, don't mess with it. I know for sure if you delete system 32 files you are going to crash and burn. Be careful my friend.

I would re-install windows.
Just insert the cd, restart and follow the prompts.
Oh, backup your needed files first.
Otherwise, you will waste hours trying to fix an issue that might not be repairable.
