i say dinner but my dad is from the south they say dinner for lunch and supper for the evening

I've called the late meal of the day Supper all of my life. I've noticed in the past several months, that I call it Dinner, I don't know why. Crazy!!

Dinner. It's easier to say then Supper. I rarely use the word Supper.

When I was a kid, it went Breakfast Dinner Supper. Now they call dinner, lunch. It's weird!

I usually say,Dinner because it sounds proper but in the south we call it supper.

For 12:00 pm I say dinner. Most say lunch. For. 6:00 pm. I say Supper. Most say Dinner. I'm country though.
