This is a total scam. Dont do it!! If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. But for things like e-bay paypal is safe.

I hope you are trying to be funny and that you are not serious. Why would you lend or borrow money from someone you do not know. Sounds to me like someone offering to make you a loan, only to extract all your personal information.

paypal is cool..but it tkes 3 buisness days to get into your bank account..its a safe way though.
