Most are 18, except for some of the higher end hotels like Gaylord and Peabody where you need to be 21 or pay a hefty extra fee.
I would suggest trying to stay at Pop Century or All Stars resort on Disney property. Not only are they located on Disney but they are the cheapest hotels on property and really in the surrounding area (that is decent). And they are fun, the theme is everywhere which makes your stay interesting and fun. Just a suggestion though.
