I imagine if the caffeine is in the form of hot coffee being put on your nipples, that would hurt.

if your pregnant your nipples hurt regardless.... it wouldn't be from caffeine... but i would suggest lay off of the caffeine if your nipples hurt when you take in too much of it...

Actually yes caffine can cause your breasts to 'hurt', any woman who has had a mammorgram knows about caffine and breasts. It is because caffine makes blood vessles dialate. That is why homeopathic doctors will reocmmend caffine for mild asthma attacks, because it sweels the cappilaires/blood vessles which incrreases blood flor which caues the lungs to expand instead of constrict. However when it comes to mammograms one doesn't want the cappilliaries to expand because it causes pain in the breasts during a mammogram. So yeppers caffine can have an effect on the breasts.

ha ha ha ha ha ha, thats the funniest question I have ever read. If thats the case, dont you think everybody in the world that drinks any type of caffeine would be holding onto their breast because they hurt. LOL thats a funny one.
Now if your dunking your breast into some sort of hot liquid stuff, you can say their on fire, or if your dipping them into something very cold( ice) then you can say their frozen.
