Fox News is less biased than any other network. I will say that Bill O'Reilly was so obvious in his republican stance last night. I'm not used to that.
Regarding the network news: Have you ever heard anything like "you may be eating poision for dinner. Tune in at 11"? It's all about ratings. The Today Show was reporting on Secy Rumsfield and then said "other breaking news, Brittney Spears is getting a divorce". WHO THE **** CARES! It's all about ratings, not about the news.
Yes, Fox is big on ratings too. But, they are so much less obvious about it, and they are better at reporting the news, rather than the gossip.

Not very much (in their favor, I should add). Why do people have such a hard time with Fox News when they can get everything (liberal biased) that they want from EVERY OTHER NETWORK? Why do they hate Fox News for providing a different (fair and balanced) point of view? Every time there is a discussion, there are people from BOTH sides there....when's the last time that happened on CNN, ABC, CBS, wherever else......
Every network has their crackpots, but by and large, what the heck is the problem?

The difference between FOX News and the networks is Fox allows Conservatives to express their views along with liberals and others. The liberals call it bias if a Conservative view is allowed to be expressed at all. The days of liberal dominance is gone forever. The libs should learn to accept that and get used to having their Ideas challenged. By the way, have you heard any ideas out of the dems lately?

properly, maximum conservatives now watch Fox information, at a similar time as others are chop up between different channels. Fox has carried out a greater job of consolidating their viewer base than all people else in the television information corporation. and that's been the case for somewhat some years now.

They had high quality coverage of the election. I don't care for much of their regular news coverage, but that night they really hit a home run. Below are a couple nonconservative writers who may help explain why Fox did so well.

On election night in 2000, Fox news, which has connections to the Bush family, reported that Bush had beated Al Gore, even though the final numbers had shown that Gore had actually won. That preemptive announcement was the first sign that something was amuck. Fox news is biased. People love dishonest, biased news. Its boring if its honest and truthful.

... uh... nothing...
is "dancing with the stars" the best show on TV just because it has the highest ratings?
I guess you think it is...
winning a popularity contest doesn't make you right... if it did, that would mean Bush is constantly wrong... wait a minute... there could be something to your theory after all? (HAHAHAHA)

I'm still trying to figure out why so many people in America want their news reported according to the bias of an Australian businessman. I find it very troubling.

Yes, because the Republicans were losing and tuned in enmass because they couldn't believe it. They thought all the other networks must be wrong.
