Have you checked out the factory outlets? If not please try it!!!! Although they might be hard to find! There is one from every brand in every major city. Search on the web and make sure that you type in your city because it definatly narrows it quite a bit.

you really can't get any really good skinny jeans for under 90 dollars. i'd say try hollister... and express is always having sales on jeans.
