Yes, it sounds like you'll be having your baby soon.

Not necessarily within the next few days but maybe in the next week and a half or so? My boy dropped heaps nearing the end, and i could even grab a hold of a little skin underneath my belly as it dropped so much that it wasnt tight under there anymore. It just means that your baby is in perfect position to come out which is a great thing. But it doesnt mean that it could happen as soon as you may think. One of my friends bellys dropped at 38 weeks and she went way over and had to be induced.. so we are all different. Goodluck Hun, i wish u all the best with your birth. So amazing Xx

I really hope so for you but chances are that you will have to wait a litle longer. My baby has been down there from week 30 and I am now in week 39. It's extreemly uncomfortable and hurts like hell with him pressing down on nerves and everthing else. I really do hope that your baby is coming soon-good luck

That's great.Yes you will probably have her quite soon. Look for other signs as well. Heavier discharge, diarrhoea and lots of pressure. You will probably have an increase in Pre labour contractions as well. Good luck. Your body is definitely getting ready.

With my son, I dropped at about 32 weeks and didn't have him until 37 weeks. But if you are having pains like you are describing, it could be VERY soon. Take care and get some rest...you'll need it when your little one arrives :)

Why are you asking on here Stephanie? Call your mother and ask her, she will know what to do. And besides, if your having sharp pains, you'll need to see the doctor first thing in the morning.
