i want to gain 10 lbs in a week....
i am only 135 lbs but i need more weight

please help me give me tips...i dont want muscle..just FAT and FAST

Interesting question. Drink lots of ensure, and other meal replacement drinks. Eat at lots of fast food restraunts, order big macs or whoppers, and don't exercise. Boy, did I ever just give you a recipe for a heart attack or stroke or what? LOL, good luck and eat an extra burger for me. ;~)

Why do you just want to gain fat. That is not healthy at all. Do you want a heart attack or hypertension (high blood-pressure). Why don't you gain it in muscle. I know in your question it says you don't want to but gaining a bunch of fat is not safe at all. But if you really want to. Don't excersize. Eat whatever you want and just be as lazy as you can. Watch TV, buy that thing that counts your steps and make sure you don't walk around too much. That is your recipe for a unhealthy lifestyle. I wouldn't recommend it.

Fast food, more fast food, and FAST! Load up on sodium and processed goodies as they have a lots of worthless calories and high contents of fat.
A couple of Big Mac vomitburgers and/or Double Whopper Hurl Samiches, with side orders of extra large deep fried greasy goodnesses will have your guts sloshing side to side in no time.
OH! Don't forget the Diet Coke!

Eat rich, heavy foods with lots of sodium. This way you will retain tons of water and get heavy and bloated really fast. And make sure you eat enough. Eat until you can barely breathe. Dessert (like cheese cake or ice cream) should end every meal. Good luck!

Drink lots of protein powder and eat lots of junk food, also skip any kind of exercise. Though if you ask me this is very unhealthy and could have long term health problems, why not try lifting weights and drinking a protein powder that helps you to gain weight.

I only wish to know why you want the big belly?? People will hate you and laugh at you when you have a big belly sticking out. People will avoid you & ridicule you & you'll be lonely in life.

Please cancel this foolish idea & get a grip. You'll be sorry !!!!!!!!!

This is weird. Just eat and eat and eat. A lot of calories with high amounts of fat. But really this is very unhealthy and you might get stretch marks.
