Most people on here won't be honest with you, so I feel like I should.
Most likely you won't be able to get a job at any financial institution, hospital, major company (FedEx, Wal-Mart,etc), or any state or federal government job. It's likely that a lot of factories will reject you too. But you can still get a good job. Try learning a trade (welding, truck driving, aviation, farming, mechanics). You can make very very good money doing the things I just mentioned, especially mechanic work. Try going to a 1 or 2 year technical school to learn a trade. There are a lot of small locally owned businesses that are looking for good work and won't likely care if you've had a felony conviction. A friend of mine spent a year in prison for theft and another friend spent 2 years for manufacturing crystal meth, and both now have decent jobs doing welding work.

So, if you hoped to work in a bank, insurance sales, school, etc. you're probably out of luck. But like I said, learn a trade and you can easily get a good job that pays very well.

If you graduate from college in three years, its unlikely they will go that deep in your background. Because if they want to know what you've been up to, well duh, going to college for the last 4 years. Or 5, whatever.
Get an internship or go to the career days, and you'll be interviewing in a different environment, whereas if you drop out when you're looking for jobs you'll be turning in applications for work, which inevitably end up asking if you've been convicted of a felony.
Also don't forget everyone makes mistakes just stay out of trouble. finish your parole or probation. Stay out of trouble long enough and they'll take it off your record.
