yes....infact...its easy tomake linear graphs be parallel

linear curves have the equation:
y=mx+b

for a line to be parallel they need the same slope (m)

so you can change your y-intercept (b) and those two lines will be parallel

for example y=2x+4 and y=2x-1000 are parallel because they have the same slope (m)

y=x and y = x+1 are parallel.

Any lines with the same slope are parallel.
