i would say neither of them should get custody, but the only reason brtiney might stand a good chance getting full custody of the kids is because she has money that will secure the kids.. so who do you think will get custody?

I'd say Britney because usually women stand a better chance of getting custody and like you said she is more financially stable

Britney will get custody. Courts tend to favor the mother. Britney also has a lot of money and will be able to take care of them. Kevin hasn't showed much interest in getting custody of his other kids. If he wants custody of Sean and Jayden why is he not trying to get custody of his other son and daughter?

i think Britney has the best custody for the kids. Aside from the fact that she has an enormous wealth that can support the kids, the law i guess allows the custody of the children below seven years old to the mother. considering that the mother is physically and mentally stable to raise her children.

I think Brit has a better chance of gaining sole custody for the fact that she has a more stable career and typically children are more attached to their mother. Also, since Jayden (her youngest) is only a few months old---chances are he is still breastfeeding and the courts wouldn't want to interrupt that process. Who knows though. I wish them the best, but I also saw this divorce happening a long time ago lol.
