sometimes when you try to forget thing you push them farther in to your mind which makes it hard to forget, unless you forget your forgetting the thing your forgetting will always be remembered till you forget it once again ,unless you choice to forget to forget to forg...forgetting ......WHAT THE HELL WAS THE QUESTION ?

You can try but what you're trying to forget will always be in the back of your head whether you're thinking about it or not.
