How do i get ENAMEL out from black leather shoes???

IT IS 10:35PM HERE RIGHT NOW AND I NEED THIS ASAP OR BEFORE MIDNIGHT!

Oil based enamel, try turpentine (though it might damage the leather)
water based enamel, try HOT soapy water.

worst-case scenario: sand the enamel lightly, then apply black shoe polish over entire shoe (well, both shoes, so they'll match) and buff.
