are you taking prenatal vitamins yet? You can get them at your local drug store if you haven't seen your doctor yet. You could be anemic though that normally doesn't happen until a little later in the pg. Also, nausea has a way of making people look pale! If that's the cause, you'll probably just have to wait it out.

Hormones can have some pretty weird effects on your body during pregnancy. Also, during pregnancy, your blood flow to your uterus and cervix is increased. Your blood volume will increase to make up for the extra demand on your blood. My face was always really red toward the end of my pregnancy, somewhat pale in the beginning. You may also feel a bit faint, but these are normal happenings during pregnancy. If it becomes bothersome to you though, give your doctor a call for reassurance.

lol, well once you are pregnant alot of things change on you, your skin, nails, hair, but dont worry about it, its normal. just enjoy being pregnant. your skin wont be like that for long, it will be back to normal after you have your baby. my mom also noticed on me that my eyes look different (i guess), now that i am pregnant. i cant really tell the difference, but other people can. if you feel (unpretty) then try using some darker powders to highlight your facial features so at least your face doesnt look so pale. good luck to you and congrats on your new baby!

Pregnancy causes a lot of skin changes. I actually got freckles on my face, across my cheeks and nose! I've never had freckles before in my life. Also, the skin on my upper chest got kind of reddish and blotchy for a while, but it went away. Your hormones are just out of control. You're only a month pregnant, so get ready for lots of other weird things to happen to your body!

My guess would be that it has to do with all the changes in your hormones and your body. I am not really sure though. It never happened to me, except for the fact that I couldn't go tan anymore. But hey....keep in mind, being pregnant is beautiful!!! Who cares if you are pale, you still have that gorgeous pregnant glow!
Congratulations!!!!

Get out in the sun! Maybe you've been spending more time inside because you are sick all the time.
