In your parents eyes Yes your still the baby. But at 13 thats a teenager. Just dont do things some teenagers do.

You will always be someones baby, which isn't bad. As far as 13 being baby these days I would have to say no to 13 being baby, kids are far more advanced then there parents mostly due to society forcing them to grow up faster and deal with adult issues at young ages.
And as far as 13 being baby when it comes to appearance I know a few 13 year old girls who are over very tall and have big boobs and look way older then 13, but its really different for everyone

It depends 13 is a baby for a kid, but 13 is not a baby for dating.

100 years ago in the USA, they were gettting married and starting families around 13. Look it up. Today, parents want you to be "children" until you're 40.
Times change, but use the 13-18 range of life to learn what's most important. And what's most important, is having a family of your own. Do it quick, just as soon as you turn 18. You'll be thankful for it.

13 is a teenager, not a baby. But I have to say, at 19 my daughter is still my baby and she always will be, even when she has her own family. Its what us mothers do. Sorry!

Im still 12 but i get treated like a baby lot but rilly you are a teen! Maybe i just get treated younger because im baby of family with 6 kids.

No. You're still a child but not a baby. 13 was my FAVORITE age. I had alot of fun that year. Enjoy it, don't take anything (including guys) too seriously. Enjoy this time of innocence.

im 13 and yeah we are teenagers but to my parents im there little angel baby(wrong in so0o00o0 many ways) - probably because im an only child
