Yup, just tried it!
Like the handcuffed bad guy in the back of a cop car...just slide your hands down over your butt, then pull one leg thru the hands, the the other let, then you're done.

yup... i can do it... just bend over, sit on a chair and put your legs through.... :) it worked for me and ive got long legs...
