by the end of the day my eyeliner is down to my cheeks and i use mac a nd sephors & plus i don't even rub my eyes.

dab a little powder over your face when finished with your makeup. Or you an by the stay on sprays they sell at the stores.

That was my problem before bec of the warm weather here and bec of my oily skin...but now i use ART DECO's Day & Night Liquid Liner and L'OREAL's Volume Shocking Waterproof Mascara...it works for me!!!! (After applying liquid foundation, be sure to set it with a matte powder finish before applying the liner and mascara) the result is fantastic! no more ugly smudges at all and you can easily remove it by using an oil cleanser like KOSE's i highly recommend it bec it works just as well like Shu Uemura's but a lot lot less expensive! ;)

Use a water proof kind. Avon has some great ones that last all day.

Is it liquid eyeliner or pencil? Also, what abut mascara? Could it be your mascara is runny and not your eyeliner?

after puting ur eyeliner on put liquid fon. under ur eyes it works for me

every time i were eyeliner it doesn't run down my cheeks it must be the kind you wear
its probably just your maskera
