Fenoldopam (generic name) is available by prescription.

I know it is the best and strongest because I did the experimentals during my internship.

Talk to your MD about precautions, since extended use will cause renal failure.

there isnt one best, its a matter of what your body reacts to, lotramin is a good one but not everyone can use it.
