I play the Clarinet at school and I need help on playing the high notes. I know what to press, but how do I blow it to make that sound than the normal screech.

I would say tighten your lower lip on the reed. Also, check to make sure you have a good reed and it is sitting correctly on the mouthpiece. Remember, you want to see just a dab of black at the top. Make sure the reed is the right size. A new mouthpiece might make getting the high notes a little easier.

As a former clarinet player, I remember it took a while before I could reach the high notes. Perfect your technique and the high notes will come very easy.

Open your throat. Picture your clarinet like a tunnel with a tornado inside. thats how your breath goes through and you need to keep that continuous flow. SO KEEP TAKE A BIG BREATH! and keep it consistent

Make sure it isn't your clarinet also. If you have not got it checked in a while you might want to consider that. Also, check what size of a reed you have.

oh and this happens for a lot of people. Understand that you need a wet reed to play. It will probably not play if you try to without licking it.
Not every reed in the box is perfect. Some are horrible, but you can adjust them. Work on them
Good luck
