First off, looking at the answer above, i can assure you that the rich get just as much, and sometimes more, subsidies then the poor people. They even get to right off the cost of having parties if they claim it as a business expense.
Poor people and rich people pay the same amount of taxes, its just that for the rich, its like paying pocket change, and for the poor, its like giving up everything you worked so hard for.
Blaming the poor is basically scapegoating people who werent born into riches, and a way to make the rich feel good about themselves. This is a fact. Most people who are really rich are born into and inherit what they have, and along with it, they get more opportunities begining early in life, to learn. It is pathetic, to even accuse the poor for the problems of this country. It is the rich who underpay, the poor people, and keep them exactly where they are...poor.
It is getting to a point where the lines between democrats and republicans are getting really blurred.

There is not a difference really. It is just a bunch of wealthy liars that run for office once they have nothing else to do to screw it up and tell the middle class how to live while living on daddy's money.

Democrats think you should be free to do whatever you want to, as long as you give the government enough money to enable poor people to do what they want to do.
Republicans think you should give up as much money as is necessary to prevent you from doing what they don't want you to do,and this is called Freedom.
Greens think that you don't matter, that what's important for government to do is to make sure you live your life in such a way that when you die no one knows you were ever here in the first place.
You left out Libertarians. We're for freedom. On all issues. At all times. For all people.
