Every woman will answer differently on here. Make sure that you say I Love you daily though. Not just when in the love nest. I think After is important. It is for me. It should come from both of you. One or the other may not wake up in the morning. At least one can say the last thing that person said was "I Love You."
Take care.

in my opinion, the best time to say i love u while making love is during the process. it brings more out of u and the person that u are with but be careful make sure that u only say it unless u mean it cause u dont want to wake up in the morning and she is saying that she loves u and u come back with a hesitating response.

why not all 3? If you really love them all of those times then saying it multiple instances shouldn't be an issue. and maybe you'll remember what times it felt best said and received for the future.
