I prefer Strictly Come Dancing ....
I think the judges on Strictly Come Dancing are currently, more genuine ie I love the East End geezer & the effeminate guy, hate the mouthy, mean, miserable aaaaarteeeest **** guy & the shrill old bird !!!!
whereas the auditions for X-Factor are the only genuine bit - funny or horrific, whatever... as for the rest of it I just think everything is staged or at the least exaggerated & that just gets annoying & boring & is pretty patronising for those with half a brain ....

I would actually prefer visiting the dentist to watching the X Factor.
The only things going for that show is that no matter how bad the contestants, they are still preferable to the panel - what a shower! Also, they exploit the foolish public & know they're silly enough to watch the rubbish & make Simon & Co very wealthy.
Strictly Come Dancing has lost the plot a bit in series 4, taken the audience for granted & so I've stopped watching (though it's still way ahead of the dreadful X Factor)

I prefer Strictly Come Dancing, The X Factor is the same every year and is getting boring, Strictly Come Dancing is much more entertaining with the exciting dance routines and music, every show is completely different!

The X ingredient. i won't be able to get into Strictly Come Dancing, each and every thing concerning the coach is easily dull! i in my opinion won't be able to stand the coach, the judges, presenters, each and every thing. The X ingredient even though, is genius.

Yes. Though don't watch X.F. Sometimes watch SCD, like looking at all the pretty frocks and disagreeeing with the judges.
