1272 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 3 x 53 ...prime factors
2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, 53, 106, 159, 212, 318, 424, 636, ...all factors
oh, I forgot, and 1 and 1272.

If you are talking about prime factoring, it is 2x2x2x3x53. If you're talking about something times something, multiply any multiple of the prime factors (2 numbers, for example 8 times 159). You have to multiply those numbers in any way to get two numbers that multiply to 1272, and it always does.
