I cant get into my banking online or on the phone automated system it said my acct is frozen? But my husband pulled money out with our atm card? How can that be? Hopefully just a mistake on the banks part? Cant think of a reason this would be done?

It was the banks error! Shewwwwwww! That was not even funny. And yes they have made mistakes before like putting 4,000.$ into my acct which was a error too.

I had the same problem before and it was due to the incorrect password being used a couple of times and the bank automatically reset the password, so it stated my accounts were froze. Just go to the bank and tell them your account is froze for phone and online access and ask them what the problem is and get it solved up as soon as possible.

You need to go to the bank first thing tomorrow. Are you behind on any payments? Do you owe the IRS money? There are a lot of possibilities here. The best thing to do is just go straight to the source.
