(Sense is karate teacher/trainer).
Please give me either a sarcastic, funny or serious with comeback to the remark. That remark is said by my 'friend'.

In this context, he is a karate teacher. Please give me a rather sarcastic comeback to that remark. Because he is not quite good friend of mine. He is just joking in his apologies.

Go get 'em! I hate those types of insincere "apologies." Try this:

" It is nice to hear you admit your shortcomings, sensei. I thank you for your honest self-appraisal, and I shall strive to become a more perfect student to overcome your inadequate instruction." Then bow to him and walk away.

Actually sensei is Japanese for teacher, no matter what discipline.
So your obvious comeback is doitashimashite.
Means "don't mention it" in Japanese.
