Well, I'll be married for 3 years in March and we are still a long ways away from buying a house...we aren't very good savers though. We like to spend money, so I think it will be a long time.

well,
i am 38, and finally getting settled.
Moved around for sometime in the military, numerous states and overseas.
Now, Minnesota is home. But, the honey-do list is huge with lots to do around the house. Bought land up by Canada. Buying more by Duluth.
Busy busy. Never really settled

Three years. But, that was a long time ago. It's a lot more difficult now economically, I think, for any couple to buy a house and be able to afford a decent lifestyle (get settled).

Well lets see I got married in June 2005 my husband and I bought our first home this past March. So it really depends on how you handle your finances. Take your time though dont rush into something you are going to have to pay for for the next 30 years. Good luck
