My favourite god in greek mythology is ZEUS because he is God of Gods and all the Gods were subordinate to him -

In Greek mythology, Zeus is the highest ranking god among the Olympian gods, the ruler of Mount Olympus, and god of the sky and thunder.

His attributes included thunder and the lightning bolt, the scepter, and the eagle. The son of Cronus and Rhea, he was the youngest of his siblings. He was married to Hera in most traditions, although at the oracle of Dodona his consort was Dione, the "goddess": according to the Iliad, he is the father of Aphrodite by Dione. The picture of Zeus given in the literary mythology has fixed his persona. Accordingly, he is known for his numerous erotic conquests of nymphs, including deities whose cult actually preceded his, and one pederastic relationship, with Ganymede. His trysts resulted in many offspring: Athena by Metis, Apollo and Artemis by Leto, Hermes by Maia, Persephone by Demeter, Dionysus by Semele, Perseus by Danae, Heracles by Alcmene, Helen by Leda, Minos by Europa and the Muses by Mnemosyne; by Hera, he sired Ares, Eileithyia, Hebe and Hephaestus.

His Roman counterpart was Jupiter, and his Etruscan counterpart was Tinia.

Does that include the old greek gods you know the titans, Zeus's, poseidon's, Hades,Hera's and their other two sisters father and grandparents. if so than my favourite titan/titaness would be Gaia who is the first mother the great earth mother herself, if not than Pan is my favourite. For those who don't know he is the god of sheperds and goatherds. he resembled a goat himself with his pointed beard, shaggy legs and cloven feet. he was goatlike in his habits too, pursuing every nymph he saw-diving into the river to swim after naiads, and searching the groves for dryads. his parentage is uncertain although Hermes is often claimed to have been is father. other stories say he is the eldest god of all. the original nature god, older than Zeus and he has been named as father of all fawns and satyrs.
